OGSS LLC has successfully completed the prototype of a self-sustained mobile system designed for water purification, waste management, and electrical power generation, all mounted on a tandem wheel platform.

This innovative system integrates a three-stage bio waste tank, a commercial-grade filtration system, and a 70-gallon freshwater tank, enabling extraction and purification of water from any source, regardless of its initial condition, through either a city water connection or a bilged pump.

Providing Power to a Variety of Internal and External Electrical Outlets

Uninterrupted Power Supply.

Moreover, the system includes an intake valve capable of processing wastewater from external sources, such as RVs, campers, or portable toilets, converting it into fresh drinking water.

Power is sourced from two battery banks: a lithium battery bank charged by solar panels and used in conjunction with a 6000-watt inverter, and a 48V AGM battery bank connected to a 12000-watt inverter. These batteries provide power to a variety of internal and external electrical outlets, ensuring uninterrupted power supply.

Eliminating Contaminants and Controlling Odors and Gas Buildup

Efficient Waste Management.

The water purification process incorporates a comprehensive 14-stage filtration system, including UV light, reverse osmosis, and specialized filters to eliminate contaminants such as chloroform, petroleum, and PFAS's.

Waste management is facilitated by an aerator and enzymes, with venting mechanisms to control odors and gas buildup.

Manual Operation and Sustainable

Off-Grid Tested.

In the event of a power outage, manual operation is feasible using a hand pump in the water line or a hand crank for the bilge pump. Rigorous testing in off-grid conditions has validated the system's ability to sustain power and water purification over extended periods, such as 90 days in a 30' RV without external power sources.

Easily Towable by an Average Car, Truck, or RV

Built to Last.

The system's shell, crafted from aluminum, features side access as well as front and rear hatch doors to facilitate maintenance. Mounted on a heavy-duty tandem dual wheel trailer with treated wood and rubber flooring, robust suspension, and an electronic braking system, the trailer can be easily towed by an average car, truck, or RV.
